My Pro Tips for Starved Rock State Park in Illinois
Starved Rock State Park can be pretty crowded during the spring, summer, and even the fall. To enjoy the nature without the dampening feeling of noisy crowds, here is a pro tip of mine. Usually there are parts of the trail that are a bit of a ways away from the commotion but still provide excellent views of the main attractions. This video is my 11th installment for my mini-series on "Starved Rock State Park", so check out my other parts!
125-ft Waterfall "Wildcat Canyon" at Starved Rock State Park
At Starved Rock State Park, you can hike to a 125-ft waterfall called "Wildcat Canyon". You can explore this area from the hiking trail above to get a good vantage point and view of the surrounding area. Even cooler than that, there are stairs that lead down to the bottom of the canyon to get up close and personal to the waterfall. This really puts in perspective how tall and glorious the waterfall is. This is my 10th installment of my mini-series of "Starved Rock State Park", so be sure to check out my other parts.
Two Medicine Lake Area Inside Glacier National Park | Montana
This was day 11 of our 2021 road trip we finally make it to Glacier National Park, our farthest North destination on our trip. We will spend the next 3 days here, but on this day, we visit the less visited Two Medicine Lake Area. It is a short 9-mile road that goes into the park on the east side. It has a Ranger Station, Campground, picnic area, a boat launch, and plenty of hiking trails! We capture the beauty of the lake, with the glorious mountains in the background along with taking a nice .60-mile round trip hike to Running Eagle Falls (Also known as Trick Falls, because in spring, it has a waterfall that falls above it that kind of hides Running Eagle Falls underneath it) Ha, neat!!!! Filmed September 21, 2021 by Curtis and Melissa | Adventures Are Out There We are an Adventure seeking family of 4 who love the FREEDOM of the open road, being outside, enjoying the beauty and nature God created! His masterpieces are awe inspiring!

Hidden Gems of South Carolina • Bleu Cheese was made here??? • Stump House Tunnel • Issaqueena Falls
In this episode, Tommy and I discover that South Carolina has more to offer than just sandy beaches and fantastic seafood. We left Blairsville and traveled to Westminster, South Carolina to visit the legendary Stump Hill Tunnel and Issaqueena Falls. Both places were worth seeing and hold some incredible stories in history! They also offer unique hiking experiences for the waterfall or cave enthusiasts as well as mountain biking trails. Afterwards, as we journeyed toward home, we stopped off at one of our favorite restaurants, Chef Tommy's Thai Cuisine in Dawsonville, Georgia for lunch, sharing the BEST Pad Thai, fried calamari, and spring rolls, we've found since we started this vlog. When it's that good, you keep going back! We suggest trying it if you ever find yourself in the Dawsonville, Ga, area. It's located across Georgia 400, across from from the North Georgia Premium Outlet Mall.
