How To Drink Water
Drinking water is an important part of staying healthy, and it is important to remember your manners while doing so, whether you are at home or out and about. When you are at home, always drink water from a glass or cup. Do not drink from the faucet, especially if others in your household are using the faucet for other purposes, such as brushing their teeth. If you need to drink from the faucet, use a cup or glass to catch the water. Do not use your hands to drink water to avoid contamination. Drinking water from your hands, especially unwashed ones, can increase your risk of getting sick. When you are finished drinking your water, do not spit it back into the cup. This can contaminate the water and make it difficult to drink again.
