Mandujano-Eudave played a crucial role by communicating GPS coordinates to the boat crew members, enabling them to arrange meetings in the Pacific Ocean. At these meetings, the boats carrying cocaine from Colombia would rendezvous with other Sinaloa Cartel-controlled vessels to unload the illicit substance. These boats transported significant quantities of cocaine, weighing multiple kilograms. Subsequently, once the cocaine reached Mexico, other members of the Sinaloa Cartel would oversee its transportation to the United States for distribution and sale. Mandujano-Eudave was fully aware that the cocaine would ultimately be imported into the United States for further dissemination.
