The Melrose Trading Post
Hey Ya'll! If you ever visit Los Angeles or live in the city, one of my favorite things to do on a Sunday is to walk the Melrose Trading Post. It's like a giant flea market with food, music and tons of vendors selling a variety of things. I actually purchased most of my furniture and art there.
Olvera Street || Los Angeles Travel Guide
Olvera Street is known as "the birthplace of Los Angeles" and is a part of the El Pueblo De Los Angeles National Monument. There is a bunch of cool stuff to see here including a Mexican marketplace, shops, restaurants, museums, and traditional events. In fact, Olvera Street is home to the oldest standing residence in Los Angeles, you can even go inside and tour it! If you're interested in California history, this is a great place to visit.
