The Source Hotel Denver Review
I travel a lot and want to start showcasing various elements of my adventures. Let's start with a staycation at The Source Hotel in Denver, Colorado. This is one of our favorite things to do and I have been wanting to go to this chic hotel for quite some time. They have a market & food hall which is paradise for foodies like me. This video showcases their rooftop bar and restaurant and I will also be highlighting some of their other food options in later videos. Share and follow me for more travel and food adventures!
A Family-Fun Day Out With Thomas
A family favorite book in our house is Thomas the Tank Engine which is why heading to Day Out With Thomas at the Colorado Railroad Museum in Golden, CO was a given. Everett and Alena happily boarded the train and waved out the window at each turn. The event is full of fun day activities with performers and other entertainment options on the grounds.
A Cirque du Soleil Experience: Catching the high-acrobatic production OVO in Colorado
Watching the magic of Cirque du Soleil unfold in front of my son isn't something I will soon forget. We caught OVO at the Ball Arena which brings together 100 people from 25 different countries, all telling the story of a new day in the life of insects. From hypnotic spiders to bouncing crickets, OVO creates a spectacular and fun experience for all ages.
A Fun Kids’ Experience At The Englewood Farm & Train at Belleview Park
The Englewood Farm & Train has been operating in Belleview Park for more than 3 decades and is still a top attraction in Englewood, CO, for kids and parents. I’m not sure who had more fun on the train – the kids waving at literally every person in the park or me, watching their excitement.
Sunset Drive in the Incredible Colorado National Monument
Join us on Rim Rock Drive in Colorado National Monument. This 23 mile long route takes you on one of the most scenic drives in the Country, and it becomes especially dramatic at sunset. There are several view points and places along the way to stop and take in the scenery. Our favorite portion in the west end but it's definitely worth it to the entire route.
Immersive Frida Kahlo Exhibit
Older kids interested in art will be blown away by this over-the-top experience offering an immersive introduction to two of the world’s most celebrated artists. Immersive Van Gogh features 500,000 cubic feet of “monumental projections” that bring his most famous works like “Starry Night” and “Sunflowers” to life. Immersive Frida Kahlo features more than a million frames of video depicting the fearless woman behind the most famous self-portrait in the world. Both exhibits use the latest in technology and presentations are made on an unparalleled scale. Even if you’re not a kid, you’ll feel dwarfed by the masterpieces on display.
Don't ski?! This Colorado attraction is for you!
Copper Mountain snow tubing is so fun!

Visiting Anderson Farms in Northern Colorado
Taking the family to Anderson Farms to explore one of the greatest pumpkin patches is one of our favorite ways to celebrate the fall season. From a ride on the barrel train to going on the slides, kids and grown-ups alike will have a blast. The duck race, corn maze, feeding the farm animals, and riding a wagon to a field with thousands of pumpkins to pick make this a top pick for fall fun in Colorado.
