Making the popular Indian dessert known as "Carrot Halwa". Halwa is a yummy dessert that is reserved for celebratory occasions. It isn’t difficult to make. Carrot halwa is a popular sweet made in North India, and it is especially popular during winters. It’s made with fresh carrots, ghee(clarified butter), sugar, cardamom powder, nuts and milk but today I’m using milk powder instead. Hope you all will enjoy this delicious Indian dessert. Today I’m sharing the famous Chennai(a city of Tamil Nadu, South India) roadside Tea Shop Butter Biscuits. It will be available only on the roadside tea shops. I had them so many times during my college days with my friends. Whenever I eat these cookies, it brings back old sweet memories. I love these butter biscuits. It's buttery and a bit salty. It’s best with a cup of hot tea or coffee. I bet you too will love these yummy butter biscuits.
