The Phil’s Right Fielder is battling back from November elbow surgery and is finally ready to join the team. Harper still has a way to go before he’s ready for everyday baseball activities, but his being able to participate with the team in any capacity is a great sign that his recovery is progressing in the right direction. He and the team doctors will be cautious but will evaluate the situation once Harper’s there and together they will establish a timeline for his return to full-time activity.
