Photo by(Master1305/iStock) Like so many others, I spent a lot, and I mean a lot of time working on building up a physique that resembled Thor when I was younger. I spent hours on heavy weight/low reps to bulk as much as I could. I suffered through 8-12 brutal sets targeting specific muscle groups (thunder thighs anyone?). I was determined to be a fitness marvel (Ha-ha) capable of smashing all perceived enemies. And I’d do it again. Youth is the perfect time to push your body nearly as far as it can go. But with each passing turn around the sun, I find myself idolizing the leaner, and far nimbler Spider-Man. As it turns out, aiming to look and feel more like Spider-Man than Thor or the Hulk is probably a healthier, and more achievable goal.

The latest installment in the Spider-Man universe is no less entertaining than its predecessors, but "No Way Home" takes this superhero's storyline to a whole new level. The movie, directed by Jon Watts, features Tom Holland as Spider-Man and features a host of other key Marvel characters, such as the Green Goblin and Doc Ock. In addition, the film is packed with fan service and nostalgia, but it does have a heart of its own. The film's story revolves around Peter Parker, a brilliant teen with superpowers who must face a world of danger to save his family.

After months of countless speculation, rumors, leaks, and a lot of theories, Spider-Man: No Way Home premiered in the United States to continue one of the most controversial and intriguing endings that the MCU has given us. After the events of Avengers: Endgame, it was Spider-Man who was in charge of ending the Infinity Saga with an epilogue that divided opinions, but quickly positioned itself as one of the arachnid's highest-grossing films; to the point where Sony Pictures almost abandoned its deal with Marvel to continue the stories starring Tom Holland independently. The latter had to mediate between the two producers to stay in the same universe as The Avengers. And after that, the pandemic hit the world, and the expected closing of the trilogy went on hiatus, was delayed, and reconfigured to give way (now) to the true multiverse, after a year in which Marvel heroes made and unmade reality and played with timelines, Peter Parker's turn to learn the actual consequences of altering the fabric of the universe.
