(soak chicken for 8 hours overnight) Batter: 1 cup all purpose flour, 3/4 cup corn starch, 1 TBSP cayenne pepper, 3 tsp paprika, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp white pepper, 3 tsp garlic powder and 3 tsp onion powder.
