SpaceX Spotted Over the East Coast Saturday Evening
Maine was abuzz Saturday night, with people looking up at the night sky and wondering, "What did I just see"? Was it a meteor, or did I just see a UFO visiting? Turns out, people all over New England were also wondering what they had just spotted streaking across the night sky Saturday evening. Social media began to light up with photos and videos shortly before 8 p.m. There were also 23 reports along with some photos on the American Meteor Society website, including one report as far away as Quebec, Canada. The white image in the clear night sky that many people captured in photos and videos turned out to be the SpaceX launch from Cape Canaveral, Florida on September 24th.

Starlink's Data Rates In The US Are Falling Due To Large Numbers of Users
Similar to mobile communications in the radio cell, the data rate with Starlink also decreases as the number of users increases. The service has most of its customers in the United States. The median download speed for Starlink users in the US reached just 62.53 Mbps in the second quarter, a significant drop from 90.55 Mbps in the first quarter. This is the result of a current speed test by Ookla, which is based on data from Speedtest.net. The upload data rate also only reached 7.24 Mbit/s, compared to 9.33 Mbit/s in the previous quarter.

Blue Origin's New Shepard Rocket Crashed During Liftoff
An engine failure caused the takeoff to be aborted. Fortunately, there were no people on board the capsule. On flight number 23 of the New Shepard rocket, there was an incident at around 4:30 p.m. Central European Time due to the failure of the hydrogen-powered BE-3 main engine. The first malfunctions became apparent 63 seconds after the start and two seconds later the emergency system fired the escape rockets to separate the capsule from the rocket.

Known as "the Vegas Loop," the network of tunnels is supposed to span 29 miles and have 51 stops when it's all said and done. SpaceX Is Allowed To Launch Starship In Texas
After months of negotiations and investigations, SpaceX has received clearance for launches from Boca Chica - with many conditions. The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued SpaceX with a conditional clearance for launches of the Starship in Boca Chica, Texas. The certification was the key missing step to a takeoff license that became part of a political power struggle. SpaceX had previously made a number of changes to the original plans for the launch facilities. In addition, SpaceX will limit itself to a maximum of 5 suborbital flights for the Starship and 5 orbital flights for the Super Heavy per year. All other flights must depart from Florida.
Boeing Starliner Successfully Launched To The ISS
The test flight of the Boeing space capsule to the ISS is intended to prove the safety of astronauts. The way there was plagued by numerous crises: Now the Starliner space capsule from Boeing has set off on a test flight. The capsule lifted off on top of an Atlas V rocket from the Cape Canaveral spaceport in the US state of Florida. If everything goes as planned, Starliner will dock with the ISS after around 24 hours.
