As summer is coming to and end I decided to throw on one of the easiest ribs to make - country style ribs. I will show you how easy it is to make a meal you may be afraid to make because you think it's hard to do. I'm going to show you it's not hard to make bbq country style ribs and enjoy a delicious meal. This is one of my easy to follow videos on how to make country style ribs using my Traeger pellet grill. You can absolutely cook these in your oven if you don't have a grill or a smoker. Try these out sometime and I guarantee you will love them.

Rib seasoning : 1/2 cup kosher salt 1/4 cup MSG 1/4 cup paprika 1/4 cup chili powder 1/4 cup light brown sugar 2 Tbs. garlic powder 2 Tbs. onion powder 1 tps. cayenne pepper Next get his mopping sauce together. This is to make enough for 4 slabs of 4ribs. 1 Gal. distilled white vinegar 1 lemon cut up 1/2 cup ground black pepper 1/2 cup cayenne pepper 1 1/4 Tbs. red pepper flakes 2 cups white sugar Let the vinegar simmer for 5 min. on med.high , then add all the other ingredients. Let simmer for 10 mins. Then its done. Put the ribs on the smoker at between 225-250 degrees. Every hour mop both sides of the rib. Keep doing this till the ribs bend but dont break, at least 5 hours. He doesn't wrap his ribs at all.
