A portion of the standing rib roast leftover from Christmas Eve dinner was turned into a rice bowl lunch on Christmas Day with medium boiled egg and green leafy vegetables from the backyard edible garden - tatsoi, mustard spinach and Chinese cabbage.
Cooking seafood paella for dinner
It's Friday evening, Josh and I popped in our backyard edible garden to pick some strawberries, blueberries, a lemon and flowers. The lemon was used to garnish the seafood paella, one of our favorite Friday night dinner. Always comes out delicious and doesn't require that much effort to prepare.
