It’s okay to have goals and dreams—just make sure they aren’t fueled by fear of what other people think about you or the need for false validation. I want to be respected more than anything in my life, so I'm so annoyed by disrespectful people. They don't care about others and enjoy treating them poorly. They make me angry and upset, but I don't know how to deal with them.
Opinion: Trying to make everyone happy frequently leaves us feeling lonely.
The truth is, no matter how hard we try, we can't make everybody happy. And while that might seem like a defeatist attitude at first, the truth is that when you take the pressure off yourself to make everyone around you happy, you'll feel less lonely.
Learn Self-love with Small Steps
I met many people who go through difficult times in their life. They really struggle to cope with their mental health, depression, and anxiety. I also met people who manage all the difficulties exquisitely, on the other hand. I was glad though amazed at the way they managed themselves. Some queries pop up in my mind about how do they manage all the things wonderfully? How do they feel so good? I thought, perhaps, they have nothing to fight in their life. Soon I disagree with my own thought because this might not be a reason because I believe that every person on the globe experiences certain challenges in life. However, the type and nature of these challenges may vary from one person's life to another. By observing, judging, experiencing, and critical thinking, I found some strategies to be a happy person. The main point of all strategies is self-love.

Somewhere in the past, someone made them feel inferior for something. Then the ego took this notion of being lesser and told you to hide who you authentically are so you would be accepted. So, you put on masks, armor, and labels from others so your ego would feel safe and recognized.

We all feel a lack of confidence at certain points in our life. Some people learn from the situations and avoid making mistakes next time. On the other hand, some people have lack of confidence by default because of their shy nature. If you feel that you are less confident, work on it to improve yourself. Challenge yourself to practice or adopt some healthy habits that can improve your self-confidence.
