Developing A Good Sense of Self Awareness Helps In Solving Problems
Battling problems is an inevitable process of life. This process nurtures personal growth if problems are clearly evaluated and lessons are well-learned. However, a problem tends to repeat itself if maladaptive coping methods and same unworkable solutions are applied. A predisposing cause to poor problem solving skills is due to lack of self-knowledge. Lack of self-knowledge often leads to unclear perceptions and unconscious decisions.

We all feel a lack of confidence at certain points in our life. Some people learn from the situations and avoid making mistakes next time. On the other hand, some people have lack of confidence by default because of their shy nature. If you feel that you are less confident, work on it to improve yourself. Challenge yourself to practice or adopt some healthy habits that can improve your self-confidence.

I met many people who go through difficult times in their life. They really struggle to cope with their mental health, depression, and anxiety. I also met people who manage all the difficulties exquisitely, on the other hand. I was glad though amazed at the way they managed themselves. Some queries pop up in my mind about how do they manage all the things wonderfully? How do they feel so good? I thought, perhaps, they have nothing to fight in their life. Soon I disagree with my own thought because this might not be a reason because I believe that every person on the globe experiences certain challenges in life. However, the type and nature of these challenges may vary from one person's life to another. By observing, judging, experiencing, and critical thinking, I found some strategies to be a happy person. The main point of all strategies is self-love.
My parents lack of attention made me a better person
I have the gift of sight, meaning I see people. Like really see them. It is not something I try to do. My ability to see was born of being made invisible. My parents loved me the best way they could, but they didn’t see me. My father was as inanimate as the furniture. Always there, but not. While we ate the kitchen table, he took his meals on a TV tray in the living room.
