Enjoy these spectacular mountain range views from high above as I wander into Loveland Pass and the Continental Divide! You will find all sorts of adventure, nature, and fun things to do in Colorado! Because what is better than Mountains and Wild Flowers? Copper Mountain is where my sister and I explored on my visit to Colorado.The Shrine Ridge trail begins at Shrine Pass Road 709 and ends at Shrine Mountain Ridge. On this moderate but interesting trek, you are heading southwest and will climb through pine-studded meadows. We indulged ourselves in a full day wandering into Rocky Mountain National Park! National Park Week starts Saturday, April 16th, with waived entrance fees
(Colorado) This Saturday, April 16th, is the start of the 2022 National Park Week. To kick off the event, all national parks will waive their entrance fees on April 16th. The theme for this year is sPark Connections, and a few Colorado sites have special activities planned during this time.

Snow Mountain Ranch near Granby adds Snowcat to winter activities
(Granby, Colo.) YMCA of the Rockies will offer a new way to experience its Snow Mountain Ranch. Starting Jan. 8, Snow Mountain Ranch will offer tours on its Nordic trails from the comfort of a warm eight-person cab as guides share the property’s history. Tours through the winding trails include a stop at the Rowley Homestead to warm up by the fire, sip hot cocoa and roast marshmallows for s’mores.
