Capitol Riot Participant Sentenced to Over Two Years in Prison for Threatening Nancy Pelosi
A Pennsylvania restaurant owner, who participated in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, has been sentenced to over two years in prison for threats made against then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

A Navy sailor was on an aircraft carrier in Virginia when he allegedly joined a crowd to storm the U.S. Capitol, according to documents filed in court on Monday. A court document states that David Elizalde was detained by the FBI on Sunday in Arlington, Virginia on misdemeanor charges involving disruptive conduct in a Capitol building.
