Duane “Keffe D” Davis, a witness to the 1996 drive-by shooting of Tupac Shakur, was indicted on a murder charge in the rapper’s death on September 29, 2023. Tupac Shakur was fatally shot on September 7, 1996, in a drive-by shooting in the Las Vegas Valley, Nevada.
