Made into cookies or bars this pumpkin spice white chocolate recipe is delightful! Goes great with a warm mug of cocoa. Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. Whip butter and sugars together until smooth, add the egg and puree, and blend in the remaining ingredients. Scoop onto a cookie sheet or spread into a casserole dish. Cookies will bake in 10 -12 minutes, and bars will bake in 30 - 45 minutes.
