Peruvian seafood lunch
Love Peruvian food, especially seafood, they are so flavorful! On this video is a Peruvian seafood restaurant where we had Ceviche Mixta/mixed seafood ceviche, Jalea de Mariscos, Saltado de Mariscos and fried plantain. For the drinks, we had maracuya while husband had a bottle of beer from the Andes.

Inca Maya is located in Van Nuys, and is probably the only food stand in Los Angeles that specializes in Peruvian street food. Peruvian dinner "to go" from Listo El Pollo
Winner, winner chicken dinner! Last night's dinner was juicy, tender and full of flavor roasted chicken, Peruvian-style called "Pollo al a Brasa" from Listo El Pollo. It came with rice, Inca Cola and three kids of sauce - aji verde, yellow sauce and I am not sure what the other one is called. Then we also ordered pescado ceviche.... yum!

After almost an hour of contemplating where to grab dinner to go, we ended up here at one of our favorite Peruvian restaurants. Located on a strip mall on Winnetka Avenue and Prairie Street in Chatsworth, Fina Estampa serves delicious Peruvian food. We ordered pescado ceviche and lomo saltado to go.
