Harvesting microgreens
It's time to harvest some microgreens which I am growing indoor under a smart grow light bulb from Haus Bright. They are lettuce mesclun. I can see that some of them are likely freckled lettuce. The harvest, I will use on our chicken stew with olives and potatoes.

Soft-boiled eggs with microgreens
Using my favorite kitchen helper, the egg cooker, I soft-boiled three eggs for our picnic by the ocean. I actually wanted medium-boiled eggs which are easier to peel off, but I likely did not pour enough water. Noodle soup with microgreens
A bowl of noodle soup is perfect on a cold night like the other night. I cooked a package of egg noodles on boiling water, then I spooned them over onto a bowl. Then I added sauteed porkchop cut into tiny pieces, medium boiled egg and then poured in a cup of broth. Lastly, I garnished the soup with microgreens grown under a smart grow light bulb.
Shrimp tacos with microgreens
The first recipe for the microgreens that I have been growing under a grow light for about five days now - Shrimp Tacos. Here's how I put them together. Salsa first, then grilled shrimp, some quickly picked thinly sliced red onion garnished with microgreens on warm, soft tortillas.
