La Jolla's #1 (Vegan) Mexican Food Restaurant (In My Opinion)
Located downtown La Jolla, "Trilogy Sanctuary" has my favorite Mexican food that I have eaten outside of Mexico itself. I highly recommend you get the Trilaquiles, which is their version of a dish called chilaquiles. They also have fantastic tacos, enchiladas, acai bowls, and more in a great outdoor setting on the top of the roof. Enjoy this delicious food with a view only 10 minutes walking from the Pacific Ocean!
Popular New Jersey Burrito Restaurant Opening in Town
A new burrito joint is opening up in town.Ruyan Ayten/Unsplash. There’s no arguing metro Phoenix has a surplus of Mexican restaurants, taco trucks, and burrito stands. Throw a dart out the window and you’re likely to hit some kind of establishment slinging various kinds of Mexican street food. However, that has yet to stop new restaurants from moving into the market. This includes chains located in regions you might not expect. In fact, the latest burrito addition to the Valley comes from a state that is anything but known for its tacos and burritos: New Jersey.
The hidden Fresno food scene.
Drive around late at night in Fresno neighborhoods, and you'll see a number of Mom & Pop pop-ups for food. It's primarily tacos and all the fixings that go with them, but these aren't food trucks.
Tacos Guey Offers a Full on Mexican Food Experience
I was invited here by a friend. She assured me that I’d love the food, and she was right! Everything about Tacos Guey was perfection. This is real, authentic Mexican food!
(VIDEO) Carrera's Tacos Opens in Greenwood Village
After its start as a popular Denver area food truck, Carrera's Tacos recently opened up a brick and mortar location in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Carrera's Tacos offers California-style Mexican food in a small, but lively taco shop-like setting, right next to Pindustry and Grange Hall on Arapahoe Road. The brothers behind Carrera's Tacos wanted to bring a West coast style of Mexican food to Denver, including San Diego's own California burrito, street fries, and some of their food truck favorites.
Build Your Own Margarita Bar Now Open
Build a margarita however you'd like.Tai's Captures/Unsplash. Do you miss that old feeling of being a kid in a candy store? There was something exciting as a kid walking into such a shop. It came with infinite possibilities, and best of all, you didn’t have all the worries that come with adulthood weighing you down. Wouldn’t you like to experience that, at least one more time? Well, now you can, and all with an adult twist.

Love Taquitos? New California-Based Restaurant Serves Nothing But Them.
Enjoy a plate full of taquitos.Daniel Lloyd Blunk-Fernández/Unsplash. There are all kinds of Mexican food favorites out there. However, when it comes to finger food and easy-to-eat offerings, few menu items can compete with the taquito. The rolled-up, fried to a crisp taco is just about as simple as it gets. Tortilla, filled with meat, possibly cheese, then rolled and fried. It’s easy to use, perfect for dipping into any collection of sauces, and it is a staple for everything from after-school meals to tailgates. And now, a taquito-centric restaurant is making the trek from Irvine, California to Arizona with not just a single location, but dozens.
New Texas BBQ, Burrito Restaurant Opening
Grab yourself a BBQ burrito.Katerina Jerabkova/Unsplash. Tucson is known for having some of the best Mexican food in the country. Walk in any direction and you’re going to run into some kind of a restaurant, truck, stand, or cart on the side of the road selling some kind of Mexican food. For many locals, there are a handful of favorites, going to one restaurant over another based on if they want fish tacos with a corn tortilla, a chorizo burrito, a tripe taco, or an expertly crafted michelada. Mexican food in the Old Pueblo isn’t one-size-fits-all, which is one of the reasons why the food style has thrived in the city. And now, there is about to be one more to the mix. One more, that is, with a BBQ twist.

Fast-Food Mexican Chain from Utah Opening First Location
Another Mexican restaurant is opening.Erick Su/Unsplash. When it comes to tasty Mexican food, the first state that comes to mind likely isn’t Utah. However, one Utah-based Mexican fast-food chain has honed its craft, by making everything on its menu from scratch, every single day (including the tortillas), and is expanding into new markets. It is also now looking to compete with the assortment of Mexican restaurants in the Valley, with the chain’s very first Arizona location.

Agave Azul Cocina Mexicana - the Modern Twist to Mexican Food
Tacos Al Pastor- image by Agave Azul Cocina Mexicana. I love Mexican food. Therefore, I take every opportunity I can to eat at a different restaurant. This time we chose Agave Azul Cocina Mexicana on 5855 Winter Garden Vineland Road #100 in Windermere. We had eaten at Agave Azul Cocina Mexicana in Orlando several times before and were always content. The last time could have easily been about 7 years ago. So why not go for it again?
Concord's Taco Trail never grows cold
Quesabirria tacos from Tortilleria El MolinoClay Kallam. So a couple years ago, the folks at VisitConcord – who are charged with drumming up business for Concord merchants – had a brilliant idea. Instead of promoting what every other city promotes (downtown restaurants, concerts in the park, etc.), they realized they were sitting on a culinary gift of the gods. The Taco Gods, to be exact, who had bestowed 40 or so family-run taquerias on the city, taquerias that almost always deliver the best of Mexican food at friendly prices.
You Don’t Want to Sleep on This Mexican Restaurant
