When visiting Maui we absolutely loved driving the road to Hana and that brought us to Huli Huli Chicken! The pork and chicken platters were both delicious and you cannot beat the oceanside setting! It was exactly the fuel we needed to continue driving and hiking along this incredible coastline.
Eating delicious poke at Maui Fish Co. in South Maui
While on Maui we had the goal to eat as much fresh fish as possible and that quest brought us to South Maui Fish Co. This food truck spot in the middle of a South Maui Courtyard packs a punch with its delicious poke, mahi-mahi tacos, and macaroni salad. This spot was a total hit and it's no wonder Diner's, Drive-ins, and Dives visited this spot in the past. We loved it and can't recommend it enough!
