MALVERN, AR (News Wave) - According to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Arkansas, Derek Scott Finkbeiner, the 46-year-old elected County Sheriff of Hot Spring County, Arkansas, on November 2, 2023, was arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Finkbeiner now faces a single count of Obstruction of Justice, and U.S. Attorney David Clay Fowlkes of the Western District of Arkansas has made this announcement.
