The type of cuisine served by this restaurant is a "soul food concept". Their signature dish is available through the February 25th, at the Luxor and Mandalay Bay. We love Middle Eastern food and one of our "go to" places for Persian food is Shirin Restaurant in Woodland Hills. Here's what we ordered "to go"... Persian eggplant dip called Kashke Bademjan, vegetable soup with barley, filet mignon kabob, koobideh and fish kabob.

A rack of baby back ribs, brick chicken, beef brisket, corned bread on cast iron skillet, creamed corn, mac & cheese, coleslaw and dirty rice.... bbq craving satisfied at Gus BBQ in Porter Ranch. Our first time in this location. We used to go to the original location in South Pasadena. Love the place!
