In today's video I just chat with you guys for a minute about some thoughts then take you along for little projects getting done.

In today's' video we are moving right along. We put up a new ceiling fan on the lanai. That is something we have wanted to do for a long while and we finally did it. It matches our outdoor decor so much better than the old one. Dave put up new lights on our closets that give us so much more light. I get to work painting the board and batten we put up in the upstairs bathrooms.

You've seen the comments online- "Florida is Full." But is it really? In this video we sit down and give you our point of view, and try to see this topic from both sides. What are your thoughts? Whether you are a Florida native, have been a resident for a short time, or are thinking about moving to Florida, we would love to hear your perspective!

Back in November we had lunch at La Hacienda de San Angel in Epcot and it was oh so good! we wanted to share that experience with our NewsBreak followers. Mexican food is one of our favorites. The food here was so delicious as were the drinks. We hope you enjoy the video.

In today's video we got started on the feature wall in the bedroom. Dave did such a good job with this! I could not even begin to do all this math to figure out all the measurements! After he installed all the boards, I got busy prepping it for paint. I also started cleaning the back patio / lanai area.

Moving to a different state can be stressful, and there are so many things to do ahead of time to prepare yourself! In today's video we cut out the rotted bathroom subfloor and patch that, we do some more work on the french doors we installed, and we get a big haul from Home Depot. Join us for all the craziness!

In today's video it was little things here and there. I had another birthday come and go, I caulked and painted the new medicine cabinet shelving Dave installed, caulked and painted the floor molding he put down in the bathroom out by the pool, and primed and sealed the Peter pan bathroom subfloor. More boxes checked off the list! We hope you enjoy the video.

In today's video I am still working away in the house. Seems like I make a little progress and hit setbacks but I 'm not going to let that stop me! No Siree I am going to keep struggling along until I get it all done. I am really proud of myself though for getting that cabinet out all by myself! Whooo!

Since we are new to Newsbreak I wanted to kind of introduce ourselves, give you a little backstory to get to know us a little, and give you a house tour. I got to thinking that since we have only posted two videos so far, Newsbreak viewers haven't really had a "starting" point to our videos. So, I wanted to give you guys a little glimpse to give you some perspective on where we are coming from in our crazy journey called life.

As many of you know, the cost to do anything has went up dramatically over the past year- and moving to Florida is no different! In this video we will go through all of the expenses that you will incur when you move to Florida from a different state, and how much each of them cost! For the purpose of this video we are specifically looking at how much it will cost to move into a three bedroom house, with two cars. As some of you know, we moved out of the state of Florida a short time ago. Fast forward a few months, and we're back! Why did we move back? How did we do it so quickly? The answers to these questions are within this video!

We. Are. BACK! We did it! It was a loooong move done in shotgun fashion, but we are now here in sunny Florida! Needless to say we still have a lot of work to do, but it feels so nice to be back in the sunshine state again! In this video I vlog our loading, drive, and unloading. I was supposed to be making another video, in the house...But, that's not happening. I decided to come to the beach instead and randomly make this video. Does living in Florida make you Lazy? It certainly can! But you know what? We only live once, and we all need to learn to take advantage of the opportunities we are given in life. I am fortunate enough to live right on the ocean here in Miami Beach, it was a beautiful day outside. I just couldn't resist, I had to come out here. And I thought this would be the prefect opportunity to "document" this because I choose fun over work, but ended up actually getting a video out of it, which is pretty cool. But even if I didn't, I wouldn't have regretted coming out. It was such a beautiful day, and for me the best part of living in Florida is having the ocean as my backyard and I need to start enjoying it again more often! 🤔 Thinking of Moving to Florida?
