Making brunch
Making some brunch with some leftover from last night. Frittata with leftover halibut and Chilean sea bass from our lunch at King's Fish House and the ahi tuna from the other night's dinner. I added diced potatoes, tomatoes and basil from the backyard garden, five eggs and shredded parmesan cheese.

If you saw our Tuesday dining review at Don Julio's Mexican Kitchen, then you heard Brian mention that he was entering the McCormick's holiday recipe contest. This is his entry and spoiler alert, it was delicious! Who doesn't love a good fried dough filled with turkey and vegetables?? In all seriousness, this was a great dish that can be served as a meal or an appetizer depending on how big you would like your dumplings. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
