It's my 1st day of Christmas vacation and what better way to kick off 22 days off of work than with a Christmas-inspired cocktail! I used 1835 Bourbon because I thought my fully stocked bar actually had bourbon, but no, only rye and whiskey! I used rosemary from my garden and made a simple syrup using Truvia instead of sugar. Using sugar-free cranberry juice and the Truvia simple syrup helps to keep this drink keto(ish) and keeps those carbs low. God knows I can use all the help I can get keeping those carbs down in the holiday season! Cheers! #holidayjoy
