Italian Food Gnocchi Recipe
Gnocchi is a potato dumpling pasta that is a classic in Italy. This is my recipe handed down from my grandparents and one of my favorite pastas. Recipe: 4 Large Potatoes 1 Cup Flour(any kind) keep extra if your dough is sticky 2 Medium Eggs 1 Pinch Salt. 1.Boil Potatoes and remove skin 2. Rice Potatoes 3. Add eggs, salt, flour, mix until formed in a dough. 4. Roll out into long tubes of pasta, cut and shape. 5.Boil salted water and cook for 4-5 minutes until they float to the top. 6.Serve with your favorite sauce Music: Bushwick Tarantella-Kevin MacCleod
