At first hour and every 30 mins after baste the ribs. My ribs were done in 3 hours.

Rib seasoning : 1/2 cup kosher salt 1/4 cup MSG 1/4 cup paprika 1/4 cup chili powder 1/4 cup light brown sugar 2 Tbs. garlic powder 2 Tbs. onion powder 1 tps. cayenne pepper Next get his mopping sauce together. This is to make enough for 4 slabs of 4ribs. 1 Gal. distilled white vinegar 1 lemon cut up 1/2 cup ground black pepper 1/2 cup cayenne pepper 1 1/4 Tbs. red pepper flakes 2 cups white sugar Let the vinegar simmer for 5 min. on med.high , then add all the other ingredients. Let simmer for 10 mins. Then its done. Put the ribs on the smoker at between 225-250 degrees. Every hour mop both sides of the rib. Keep doing this till the ribs bend but dont break, at least 5 hours. He doesn't wrap his ribs at all.
Pineapple Apple Ribs
Pineapple Apple Ribs done by Cajun Rnewbbq. Today we used Heath Riles Apple rub and we also used some Pineapple powder for our seasoning. Smoked the ribs on the Pit Boss pellet grill for a total of 4.5 hours. At 2 hours used butter, brown sugar, and pineapple juice then wrapped it and put it on the smoker for 90 mins. After that took it off the smoker unwrapped it, added another layer of seasoning and put it back on the smoker for 1hour. Then dinner time.
