Growing a salad garden with different varieties of lettuce on raised garden beds gives us the freshest leafy greens for lunch during work week. On this video I made a rice bowl with leftover seared tuna, pickled ginger, sprinkled with furikake and topped with chopped salad greens.

A small town doctor saved my life
I first met Dr. George Coleman in September 2020 during a chaotic pandemic that confused the whole world. Prior to my employment with the company, he had gone through a series of nurses, & just like that, he had another name to remember. At the time, I think it was a running joke that he shouldn’t even try to remember a nurse’s name until she had been employed for at least three months. (Needless to say, I passed the test. Year 3 is loading…).

Spooky! Don't be afraid, it's just vegetables
What's scarier? Fruits and veggies? Or starving yourself? You might be overfed but starving. Most Americans are!. What happens when we eat ultra processed foods? Our body never feels satisfied because it's most likely deficient of vital micronutrients. It never feels satisfied and so we stay hungry. We stay hungry and therefore are always eating but starving.
One-third of people admit to washing their bed sheets only once a year.
According to a survey, a shocking percentage of people only wash their bedsheets once a year or less. Nothing beats the feeling of crawling into bed after a long day and finally being able to relax and get some much-needed rest. Clean and fragrant bedsheets elevate the experience, but according to one survey, not everyone is aware of it.
