Grilling Beef Outdoors From Our Prepper Freezer | Using Food From Our Preps
We are grilling up some steak for dinner. Sides are homegrown potatoes and corn. I love to make meals with as much as we can grow here to eat. Unfortunately, we don't have a beef cow, so we try to find deals in the area on it. We are treating ourselves after a long day of working on firewood. A big hearty meal will do the trick, and we sleep like babies. Thanks for watching.
Summer Cookout Tomahawk Steak Recipe
Summer is a perfect time to grill steaks or BBQ . Today I'm grilling Tomahawk Ribeye Steaks. These are fresh from my local butcher shop. Each rib was about 4 lbs. each. To help us cook them faster we asked the butcher to slice each rib in half so we ended up with four 1½ inch, 2 lb. ribeye steaks. The price is also not too expensive. We paid $16/lb. which is about the same as other prime cuts of beef.
Easy BBQ Ribs For Beginners | Oklahoma Joe's
Have you ever thought to yourself that you can't make bbq ribs so you don't even try? I will show you how to make some fast easy ribs that even a beginner can make. Yes, you can make great tasting bbq ribs even if you've never tried them before. You don't need a smoker either. You can cook them on a charcoal grill or even in the oven. Just keep to your temps. For beef and pork ribs just wrap them when they hit 150 degrees and unwrap when tender and ready to sauce - that's it! Bake on the bbq sauce for about 30 minutes and you are ready to enjoy great tasting tender ribs. These cooked a little quicker than I was expecting because the temperature rose a little higher at times so watch your temps and adjust your cooking time as necessary. 18 Inch BBQ Mop with Wooden Handle: https://amzn.to/3Ip49bA imarku Chef Knife: https://amzn.to/2QY8YT9

BBQ Juicy Lucy Burger | Stuffed Cheeseburger
Today I will be cooking up a burger made famous in Minneapolis, MN called the Juicy Lucy. The day has finally come that I will be trying this stuffed cheeseburger for the first time. The Juicy Lucy burger is a burger with the cheese on the inside of the patty instead of the cheese being on the outside of burger. When biting into the Juicy Lucy the melted cheese on the inside will ooze out of the center when the burger is bitten into. I can see the Juicy Lucy will be how I make a burger for many more times to come. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!
Chicken and Vegetable Kebabs
Love love love these in the summer time! Chicken cut in cubes, vegetables of choice, poke them through a wooden skewer and they are ready for the grill! My favorite marinade for this is mayonnaise, yellow mustard, parsley, oregano, , squeeze of lemon, garlic, and chives! Mix this with the chicken and it gives it an incredible flavor and so much juiciness!
Easy Grilled Chicken and Eggplant
I love grilled vegetables especially eggplant 🍆 and when it’s this tasty, who can resist? This grilled eggplant and chicken dish a great meal idea for adding in vegetables or if you are looking for a low carb option. 1. Slice eggplant medium thickness. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle salt, and place on a hot grill until softened. 2. Slice chicken in strips and brush with marinade of choice. I made my own with oil, yellow mustard, garlic, oregano, smoked red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Grill chicken until fully cooked. 3. In a small sauce pan, add passata or tomato sauce, garlic cloves, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place on medium low heat and allow to simmer about 5 minutes or until fragrant. 4. Once eggplant, chicken, and sauce are cooked, it’s time to assemble. Lay grilled eggplant slices on a plate. Add a layer of sauce, then chicken, then another layer of sauce. 5. Finish off with gated cheese of choice and enjoy! I used 1 eggplant & 2 chicken breasts- 2 servings
