Boulder’s newest grocery opens Tuesday

Boulder’s newest corner store — Bodega by Fresh Thymes — opens Tuesday at 2500 30th St. The Bodega, designed to complement Fresh Thymes Eatery next door, will have a coffee bar and retail offerings to complement the Fresh Thymes Eater next door. The shop will enable customers to stock their pantries, fridges and freezers with grab-and-go meals, broths and soups, breakfast burritos and sweet treats.
