This is one of the best ice cream desserts I've ever had! Gluten-free Oreos stay nice and crispy and the cream mixed in with the ice cream is delicious! We will be making these for our next summer party. They are quick and easy and fun. Enjoy!

Delicious peaches with spices and nuts. This is one of my favorite peach recipes. It's quick and easy to make and it's a tasty and unique dessert. And it's scrumptious with ice cream! It's wonderful with fresh peaches, but frozen peaches work just as well. Enjoy!

Coconut Cream Chia Pudding Gluten Free
Gluten Free and better than coconut cream pie! This pudding is super easy and filling. It's so tasty and great for breakfast or a nice dessert. You will need fresh chia seeds, water, heavy whipping cream, coconut, maple sugar (or granulated sugar) and coconut extract. You can make the pudding with milk, coconut milk, or almond milk. Enjoy!

Gluten free flour blends like Cup4Cup and King Arthur Flour make this a wonderful gluten free treat. 1 1/2 Cup gluten-free flour blend, 2/3 Cup Maple Sugar, 1 1/2 Tsp baking soda, 1 Tsp baking powder, 1/4 Tsp salt, 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup melted butter, 2 Tbsp. milk, 1/2 Cup chopped pecans, Optional 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (helps to smooth out the mixture) Bake at 325 for about 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
