As we were mourning the lost of the expensive rod, we got another hard take-down that move a different rod. However, this time Captain Chris was ready. He picked up the rod and fought the fish. Shad are known for fierce fighting and crazy swimming. Somehow, this shad swam into the rod that we lost! As Captain was fighting the fish, to our amazement, the just sunken rod appeared.
