Celebrating Christmas: Mountain Village in Estes Park
My family recently discovered a place we’d love to wake up in Colorado on Christmas morning: a cabin in Estes Park. Technically, we were staying at Mountain Village in Cabin #26. But with its two decorated trees and festive decor worthy of a holiday home featured on HGTV, it may as well be called The Ultimate Christmas Cabin in Estes Park. That said, the word “cabin” may be a misnomer. Its custom log construction and vaulted ceilings made it look like a cabin. But we were basically spoiled with a 1,600-square-foot two-story luxury home boasting two master suites. Outside, our cabin boasted a spacious covered patio complete with a stone gas fireplace, BBQ grill, and our personal favorite: a jacuzzi. Another favorite feature was the XMAS tree that we would snuggle up in front of, enjoying the twinkling lights and the warm glow of the fireplace.
Urbexcon 2021 ( Yearly event for Urban Explorers ) - Estes Park, Colorado
2021 was the first year Ubexcon was held. The event was in Estes Park, Colorado. I was able to meet some explorers and paranormal investigators I have met before and some for the first time. While staying in Colorado, I was able to do some more exploring and ghost hunting which can be seen on my YouTube. The event is held yearly in different parts of the US. Follow me for more. The Stanley Hotel - Inspired the film "The Shining", also very Haunted - Estes Park, Colorado
(I had to cut the video down to 30mins. Watch the full video on YouTube) I was lucky enough to get myself to The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado in October. I was able to run into a employee that got me access to parts of the hotel late at night. We stayed up until 3:30am investigating and look at what we saw! Very spooky but also very beautiful! ENJOY! Colorado Rock Climbing with our Kids got my Heart Racing but the Views were Amazing!
The Good News Bus climbed the winding road that lead us up into the mountains of Estes Park, Colorado. The evening was perfect, the foliage spectacular and the sun setting made the mountain pass sing. We came to Colorado Cherry Company and decided to stop for ice cream. Pumpkin Chip, Maple Vermont, Pink Cadillac and White Chocolate were a few of the many ice cream varieties they serve. Inexpensive treats that are delicious is a winner for the whole family. While in Estes Park we enjoyed climbing rock formations, observing all kinds of wild life and most of all, the quality family time in the beautiful great outdoors.
