The Figment Loungefly that premiered in Disney Parks back in August, arrives on Shopdisney and sold out within hours.

Disney announced that Soarin' Over California would temporarily return in the park on September 22, 2023, as part of Disney 100 Years of Wonder celebration. We were lucky enough to get to ride it again! Such great memories from this wonderful attraction! The attraction simply as Soarin' officially opened inside "The Land" pavilion at Epcot in Walt Disney World on May 5, 2005, as part of the Happiest Celebration on Earth festival. Unlike the Disney California Adventure version, the show had guests taking flights to California. The concept was reinforced with theming of guests being loaded into "gates", with airport-themed spiels referring to "Flight 5505", an homage to the attraction's opening day. Cast members wear costumes resembling flight attendant uniforms, whereas the California version wear airfield crew uniforms.

Figment meet and greet has returned to EPCOT and he keeps falling.

Disney recently brought Figment back as a character meet and greet.

We needed to eat dinner and we thought why not just run to Epcot really quick in the last 2 hours of being open and have some Food & Wine food booth offerings for dinner. One of the beauties of being local and a passholder is just popping into a park for a few hours, soaking up the atmosphere, and enjoying time spent together. Each Flower & Garden festival in Epcot brings the Garden Rocks Concerts. Last year Dave didn't get to see Simple Plan so this year we were bound and determined to get him to see one of his favorite bands. We got reservations at Spice Road table for the Garden Rocks package to guarantee we got good seats. It was such an awesome show! If you have never been before the concerts you get to see in the Epcot festivals are a much more smaller scale than a big time concert production but it's even better because you can see some of your favorite performers included with your park ticket. Whether that's an annual pass or a day ticket it's included. We do have to warn you though.....if it's a popular performer you may have to line up early!! It was such an awesome day even with the scorching heat!
