Just when I thought there was only “one” Egyptian restaurant worth trying in southern CA, I happened to discover ANOTHER one in Anaheim that you should consider. El Mahroosa Restaurant & Cafe is not only serving up some amazing Egyptian food in SoCal, but also offers a taste of delicious Mediterranean food! What makes this place unique is that during Ramadan (which is when this video was filmed) they offer a buffet that just can’t be missed! Not only is the food tasty, but the entire restaurant transforms into a festive party placing big smiles on customers’ faces with its food, music, and vibe! This is the second time I’ve tried Egyptian food and the first time that it is not-vegan! What lies in Anaheim CA is one if not THE most amazing Egyptian Restaurant you can find around. This place may seem unassuming until you try the Food!! I was lucky enough to be able to try some truly authentic food that is native to the country of Egypt, and if you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend trying it. In my opinion, mouth-watering!!!
