# Easy dinner
Beef with green beans and basil
Another simple, quick and easy recipe for a busy weeknight dinner. Beef strips sauteed in garlic with green beans. This is a Thai-inspired dish, but the ones at Thai restaurants are usually grilled. This version is tossed on a wok with basil from the backyard garden.

Sugar snap peas harvest plus recipe ideas

We've eaten them raw, in crudite, wrapped in lettuce, on a picnic, in pancit, in picadillo, in breakfast skillet, but mostly for snacking while in the garden. Here are some clips of our harvest and some recipe ideas.
