Tasting the new treats at Swirls on the Water in Disney Springs
Swirls on the Water is a newly re-themed booth that sells various kinds of Dole Whip treats. We visited on a Saturday morning to try the flight of swirls. The three flavors purchased were, pineapple vanilla, lemon cookie dough and habanero lime. Surprisingly, the last one was delightfully spicy. We highly recommend trying Swirls on the Water the next time you are in Disney Springs.
LOCAL EATS: Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar Review in Disney Springs
The only thing better than a bar with great bites and better drinks is one that is themed. At least, that is how they roll in Orlando. Some may call it kitschy, but you have to stand out in Orlando. The folks who are out on the town are looking for something a little different than they may have as a local place. When you decide to open up at Disney Springs, the stakes get a little bit higher. The landscape at Disney Springs is unique as it has shopping, restaurants and bars, some of which have celebrity backing other than Mickey Mouse.

Picking up the Passholder Magnet For March
Recently I went to Disney Springs to pick up the pass holder magnet they are offering for the month of March. It is the new design of the magnets and also has the "Ear"Idescent colors for the 50Th Anniversary celebration going on all year long. This year they are giving out the magnets at Disney Springs instead of the parks like they have done in past years. You also have to enter a virtual queue for your wait time which wasn't too bad. They do have some pass holder exclusive things going on that you can partake in while you wait. They have a secret drink available at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar, a special treat at The Ganachery, and exclusive passholder props at the PhotoPass Studio. It was a really nice trip to Disney Springs. Hope you enjoy the video!

The Edison- Disney Dining Review- Dining in an "Abandoned" Power Plant
For this weeks review, we went back to Disney Springs and had an early dinner at The Edison. This restaurant is themed after an old abandoned power plant. The Edison is located where The Adventurers Club was located back in the days of Pleasure Island (Stephanie still misses that fun place!). Stephanie ordered a specialty drink and the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Brian wanted to try out the short rib flatbread and The Edison Burger. Find out which were our favorites in the review! #disneydining #theedision #disneysprings For Menu and Reservations- https://www.theedisonfla.com/menu Be sure to follow us on Instagram- https://www.instagram.com/nobseateries/
House of Blues Dinner / Disney Springs Shopping Haul
We ate lunch / dinner at House of Blues and bring you along for all the details. We had never eaten here before so we were really excited to try it. Dave's only two complaints were that the tray his food came on was annoying because it wobbled so much and his brisket had a lot of fat on it. He is a person that doesnt like a lot of fat on his meat. Tiffany really loved her jambalaya and our shrimp appetizer was delicious. We also decided to spend our gift cards we got after we got married and show you the haul, so make sure you watch to the end if you want to see what we got.

It's a Maker's Mark Bourbon Tasting at The Edison in Disney Springs
In our latest video, we're attending a special Maker's Mark bourbon tasting at The Edison in Disney Springs! This was a special event held over 3 nights in January and February 2022. The mixology events cover different types of spirits and foods infused or created with those spirits. Our event was on January 27, 2022, at 5 pm. We sat outside on the patio by the water. Although it was a bit chilly that evening, the bourbon helped to keep us warm! We tried 3 types of Maker's Mark bourbon: the regular Maker's Mark; Maker's Mark 46; and Maker's Mark 101. Each one had a distinct style and flavor and we liked 46 the best. It had a very intense flavor of wood blended with vanilla and caramel. Jenny from Maker's Mark was present and she explained different things about the company and their distilling process. So, we highly recommend that you check out The Edison for their next mixology series and make reservations as soon as you can. This was a night that we thoroughly enjoyed!
Maria and Enzos | The Edison | Disney Springs
We thought we would give you two amazing restaurants at Disney Springs that you may want to go to for a celebration! Our first picks Mario and Enzo's, the setting is a 1930's airport lounge with Italian food. The charcuterie board is amazing and the main dishes are gigantic! The second restaurant is The Edison, the setting is a closed down electric company from the 1920's. The food is American cuisine with nightly entertainment. We were lucky enough to see the American Sirens, who really helped set the scene for the 1920's!
Trying Gideon's Peanut Butter Iced Coffee at Disney Springs!
In our latest video, we try a peanut butter iced coffee from Gideon's Bakery in Disney Springs! We had heard so many good things about it and couldn't wait to try it. Will we like it, love it, or absolutely hate it? I think we all know the answer to that one! Next, we're hanging out in Disney Springs for a bit of fun as we watch the Amphicars take off from the boat launch. Straight out of a James Bond movie, the Amphicars are totally cool! I wish I had one!
