Quick and easy three-bean chili with garden tomatoes
Chili is a perfect winter recipe, it warms the belly and warms the soul! It also happens to be Josh's favorite. I cook chili once a week or every other week. Always 85/15 ground beef, sometimes all red kidney beans and sometimes this three-bean version - with black beans, garbanzo and cannellini. A hearty dinner and the leftover can be brought to school too for lunch.
