# Dessert recipe
I tried this dessert at a local Italian restaurant in Geneva, NY and I fell in love. I recreated it putting my own twist to it and my family lived it. I made an easy vanilla cream using gelatin. Then I made small profiteroles and filled them with vanilla ice cream. Finally I topped it off with chocolate ganache and that is all. Would you try making this? Pasteis de Nata- Traditional Portuguese Pastry- Delicious Any Time of the Day- Recipe
We are still reliving our Portugal vacation, and a Portugal vacation is not complete without a Pasteis de Nata. These pastries are popular any time of day and can be enjoyed with a cup of coffee or a ginginja if you please! Brian did his own spin on things, and these brought us right back!
