On May 29, 1981, a two-year-old little girl dressed in a shirt and diaper was found wandering around a South Oak Cliff apartment complex in Dallas, Texas. No one recognized the child or had any idea what had happened to the toddler's parents. Not much is known about the father of the abandoned baby, but the mother was 16-year-old Shonna Danette Wesley.
