Goat meat is quite pricey. Five pounds cost about $60. Tonight's dinner was goat curry made with goat mix and simmered for about an hour in a half. Then it was seasoned with curry seasoning, thickened with coconut milk and made prettier/colorful by adding red/green bell peppers. YUM!
