Senator says seniors could receive less social security income
Recently Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina said "seniors may have to take a little less and pay a little more in" when talking about social security solvency. (source) Of course this is a major issue for those contributing to social security and also those who are receiving income from social security. With inflation currently sitting at 8.6%, the thought of receiving a smaller payment from the government or contributing more money to social security is very concerning.
Rents as low as $900 per month make this one of the most affordable cities in Tennessee
Renters across the United States continue to scramble to find affordable housing as rents reach new highs each month. The median one-bedroom rent is now $1,414 a month, while the median rent for a two-bedroom unit comes in at $1,758 a month.
Florida Leads the U.S. for Property Price Growth in the Last Year With an Average 34.8% Increase – But Can It Last?
The latest numbers are out, and it would seem that the average price of homes in Florida has topped the average of all other states. Data from the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index, which measures the variation in property prices year-on-year in 20 metropolitan areas across the United States was reported on May 31.

Gov. Kemp’s Plan To Refund $1.1 Billion to Georgia Taxpayers Begins This Week – Did You File 2020 and 2021 Tax Returns?
On May 12 it was confirmed that from this week onwards, some taxpayers in Georgia will begin receiving automatic refunds expected to total around $1.1 billion.
