No matter what kind of art you want to see on any kind of budget, Chicago has got you covered. For example, there are many sculptures, statues, and other public art displays littered throughout the downtown area. Best of all, they are FREE because they're public art. Hidden Art Pieces Scattered Throughout Downtown, Chicago
Chicago is a city with lots of artistic elements including the museums, the architecture, the music, theater, and much more. However, one can easily have a bit of an artistic exploration (at no cost) just by meandering around the downtown area of Chicago. I am of course referring to stumbling upon many of the impressive public art displays that are littered throughout downtown Chicago. There are sculptures by Picasso, statues, and much more! 106 9-Foot Tall Headless Statues Downtown Chicago
Located in the Southern end of Grant Park Downtown Chicago, you can find a public art installation titled "Agora". Agora is officially a collection of 106 nine-foot tall cast iron statues that are missing a very important part of human anatomy.
