The lead up to Sundays game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Kansas City Chiefs as fun to watch. I had no real rooting interest in the game, but watching the Chiefs Kingdom have a conniption all week because people in the media were comparing Joe Burrow to Patrick Mahomes, was hilarious. I haven’t been able to watch the entire game yet, but the just taking in the 14 minutes of extended highlights was great. Both teams took it to each other, and both teams had a bit of role reversal. The Chiefs ran the ball very effectively, and the Bengals were airing out the football. Bengals rookie wide receiver, and Joe Burrows former LSU teammate Ja’Marr Chase went off today, and he’s still making a strong Rookie of The Year case for himself. Chase finished with day with 11 catches and three touchdowns. Chase also set an NFL rookie record, recording 266 receiving yards.
