****UPDATE**** location: Central Park Ashland, Kentucky. APD has located the original involved person. The person is safe and under care for known emotional disabilities. A toy gun was also reported to be involved and accounted for. There is no outstanding threat with this call.

MANHATTAN - A crowbar wielding robbery crew mugged a man at Wollman Rink in Central Park, cops said. Police surveillance video captured images of the suspects all wearing face coverings. One of the suspects was seen wearing a bright purple balaclava. Cops say the same crew is suspected in two Midtown robberies.
