In Mexico, there are countless sinkholes where you can actually swim and explore. These are called "cenotes", which are holes in the limestone ground that expose freshwater below in some of nature's coolest natural swimming pools. They are a must-visit in Mexico!

This hidden gem cenote is pretty beautiful - however, it didn't get the highest rating in the beauty category compared to some of the others we have reviewed thus far. Check it out!

This is my rating of the busyness for the gorgeous Cenote Cristal in Tulum, Mexico! This is a tranquil, relaxing, and totally peaceful swimming hole in the jungles of Tulum. Spoiler alert - it scored very well in this category!
