How To Process California Delta Sturgeon Caviar For Eating
Some anglers go through their entire fishing career without landing a sturgeon aka dino! Most anglers have never seen or touch wild sturgeon caviar in their lifetime. I am included in the later category until Monday, January 3, 2022. This is the very first time in my entire life of over 50 years of fishing that I have actually got a hold of some genuine wild sturgeon caviar from the California Delta compliments of my good friend Captain Raul Magana. I called up a fellow angler named Leon Bui who knows how to prepare the caviar for consumption. This is a video documenting my attempt. I had my wife and three of my children taste test it with me. Come and join our journey. Please follow, like and share this video. I am grateful for your support.
