Chumming the Canal for 3 Days! Then Fishing It!
Canal fishing at its finest! I chummed this section of the canal for 3 days and then fished it! I boiled about 10lbs of corn and included some panko and jello in the mix. This type of chum can attract all kinds of species of fish. From carp and catfish, to even small baitfish. After dumping all this food into the Arizona canal, the fish were mostly congregated in this spot! Arizonas canal systems go on for miles, so it was great to concentrate the fish to catch them easier. As you can see me and my buddy had a pretty awesome day of canal fishing. We almost fell in the canal a few times but hey its all in fun XD. Canal carp fishing can be so much fun. Arizona fishing is mainly carp and catfish for bait fisherman, so go out there and chum up your canal! This method works in any body of water, if you feed fish long enough, they will come.
Saving Fish From Dry Creek! (Rescue) // Deserted: An Original Film
With the California Drought just beginning the Land of Giants faces risk of drying up. With limited time to work, will a mass graveyard be inevitable or will Anthony save the fish? Watch to find out! This was a very special creek that I hold with all my heart, to see it go is so sad, I'm glad I could share the story of the Land of Giants with you all!
Catching Fish on Tortillas in an Arizona Canal
Let’s go! The canal fishing continues! I was on my way out after a skunk while catfishing and spotted these carp sitting under a bridge! All I had on me that I was able to use was the tortilla from my burrito that I had for lunch. Carp are big fans of tortilla, including the grass and common carp in the Arizona canals. All it took was a small piece of tortilla on a finesse hook, and boom! Fish on. These canals are full of grass carp and common carp. When you decide to try and fish the canals, bring some kind of carp bait. These fish get huge! And can give you a great fight. I was also using 4lb test, so the fight was much for emphasized. These canal fish pull hard. So far, these grass and common carp have pulled drag the hardest in Arizona. I have already filmed 2 more trips that will be posting sometime next week. This is only the beginning of the Arizona fishing adventures!
